    10:30am Wonderful Parade Begins! This is the oldest continuously run parade in the State of Vermont!
    12:00 On the Green:

    • Live Music! Every year another award winning group entertains the crowd! This year: Starline Rhythm Boys

    2:00pm Announcement of Car Raffle and Parade Winners

    Other Happenings

    • The American Legion Post 19 in Bristol will be holding an open house on July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
    • Jimmy "T" and the Cobras will play at the Legion on July 3rd from 8pm to 11 pm.
    • The Bristol 4th of July Committee will be on the town green throughout the day selling raffle tickets.

    General Information

    • Parking is not allowed along the parade route.
    • Grand Marshall, who is someone who has been important to our community and who we all want to honor, will ride in the old horse-drawn coach at the front of the parade. This year it is Ken Weston, Director of the Bristol Band.
    • Parade Prizes - Floats: $300, $200, $100
    For the comfort of those around you, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
